The custom packaging process begins with the item you want to pack. Share its dimensions, weight, and any accessories that belong in the box. Tell us whether it will be sold on a shelf, sent to a customer, or presented as a gift. Your estimated quantity and delivery country help frame the quotation. If your project is still at the idea stage, a simple description is enough to start the conversation. You can choose folding cartons, corrugated mailer boxes, or rigid gift boxes, then use the message field to explain the visual direction.

Free Design is part of our approach. Send us your logo or idea — our designers will deliver free 2D artwork, so you can see your packaging before you commit anything. A mockup brings the structure and artwork into one view. Look at the front panel, opening direction, and any interior message together. If you have an existing design, share a link to the original files and explain which parts should stay consistent with your current packaging.

A physical sample has a different job from a visual mockup. It lets you assess the fit, closure, handling, and presentation of the packaging. Place the actual product inside if possible, try the opening several times, and consider how your team will assemble or fill it. Custom samples are ready in 5–7 days. The sample fee is fully refunded when you place your first bulk order, and shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS is charged at cost. Record requested changes clearly so that the next specification reflects what you have reviewed.

Before a bulk order moves forward, the project needs an agreed specification. That includes the box structure, dimensions, artwork, quantity, and any finishing or insert requirements. Confirm the delivery destination and discuss the shipping arrangement with our team. Bulk production timing varies with the approved project and is confirmed in the quote; sample timing should not be read as bulk-order timing. If you have a launch date, share it from the beginning so the conversation can account for sampling, approvals, production, and delivery as separate stages.

The most useful packaging approval is specific. Identify the artwork version, mark changes on the relevant panel, and distinguish structural requests from visual revisions. Check that required product information is present and readable. Ask any open questions before treating a sample or mockup as final, especially when several people are reviewing the project.
