Tell us whether you are considering folding cartons, corrugated mailer boxes, or rigid gift boxes, then explain how the packaging will be used. You do not need a completed design or a final bulk order quantity to ask a question. If you are still estimating, write that in the quantity field. Product dimensions, a delivery destination, and any important dates help us understand the brief. Use the message field to explain what you have already decided and where you would like guidance.

Send us your logo or idea — our designers will deliver free 2D artwork, so you can see your packaging before you commit anything. A link to brand assets or reference images can be included in your message. If you have existing artwork, tell us which version to review and what parts need to be adapted. File attachments can be discussed by email after the initial inquiry. Please avoid putting passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details into the form; those are not needed to develop a packaging brief.

Need a physical sample? We produce custom samples in 5–7 days. The sample fee is fully refunded when you place your first bulk order. Shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS is charged at cost. If a physical sample is your next priority, say so in the message and share the dimensions or artwork you already have. Our team will confirm the sample fee, minimum quantity, and project-specific requirements. The sample gives you an opportunity to assess fit, closure, artwork position, and the opening experience with the actual product before moving to a bulk order.

The inquiry form routes your project to [email protected] when the mail service is configured. After a successful submission, our team will reply within 24 hours. Email is also available directly, and the WhatsApp buttons provide another route once the company number has been added. Our team is based in China, which uses UTC+8. Include your time zone or preferred contact time if that will help coordinate the discussion. The country field also gives useful context for your delivery destination, though the final shipping details will be confirmed separately.

If the inquiry cannot be delivered, the page keeps the information you entered and offers a direct email link. That link prepares a message containing your brief so you can continue through your own mail application. A success message appears only when the configured mail service accepts the inquiry. If you do not see confirmation, check the on-page message before leaving. You can copy your brief and email it directly at any time. The website has no shopping cart, payment collection, or automatic order placement; an inquiry begins a conversation about your project.

Provide the length, width, and height of the packed product, and name the units you use. If you have several items in a set, include the dimensions of each item and explain their preferred arrangement. Wrapping, instruction cards, accessories, or an insert can change the usable space required. Tell us whether your measurements describe the product, the desired internal box space, or an existing outer package. A photograph with a simple sketch can help explain the opening direction and layout. If the measurements are preliminary, say so; our team can use them as a starting point and discuss the next details before a sample is arranged.

Explain whether the box will travel directly as a parcel or sit inside a separate shipping carton. Share the approximate packed weight and identify any fragile surfaces or parts that require support. Include the delivery country and tell us whether the order is intended for one destination or several locations. If you have a launch or event date, distinguish your preferred production completion date from the date the packaging needs to arrive. Sampling, artwork approval, bulk production, and shipping are separate stages. These details help our team discuss a realistic project plan in your quote without assuming an unconfirmed production or transit time.
